Billing descriptors
What is CCBill, and how do you cancel a CCBill charge?
CCBill is a payment processor, not the site you joined. It handles recurring billing for a very large number of online merchants, a lot of them independent adult sites. It appears on your statement because it is the merchant of record — which is exactly why the name does not match anything you recognise.
The useful part: CCBill publishes a self-service lookup, so you can find and cancel the subscription yourself without waiting for support. That is the main practical difference from Probiller, which has no self-service page at all.
Find and cancel the subscription
Go to support.ccbill.com and search for the subscription. The form asks for any two of these:
- Email address
- Credit card number
- Account number
- Transaction ID
- Subscription ID
Email plus the card number is usually the easiest pair. Once the subscription is found you can cancel it from the same screen. Cancelling stops future rebills; it does not refund what has already been charged, so ask about a refund separately if you want the last payment back.
If the lookup cannot find it
- Try a different pair of details — the search matches on any two.
- Email consumersupport@ccbill.com
- Phone 1.888.596.9279
Have the amount, the date and the last four digits of the card to hand — that is what identifies a charge when the automated search cannot. Verified against support.ccbill.com on 16 September 2026. We are not affiliated with CCBill.
Common questions
- What is CCBill?
- CCBill is a payment processor that handles recurring billing for online merchants, including a large share of independent adult sites. It is the biller, not the site: the charge appears under CCBill's name because CCBill is the merchant of record, which is why the descriptor does not match the site you joined.
- How do I cancel a CCBill subscription?
- CCBill publishes a self-service lookup at support.ccbill.com. You search for the subscription using any two identifying details — email address, credit card number, account number, transaction ID or subscription ID — and then cancel it from there. This is the main practical difference from Probiller, which has no self-service page at all.
- What if the lookup cannot find my subscription?
- Try a different pair of details, since the form matches on any two. If it still fails, CCBill lists a consumer support form, the address consumersupport@ccbill.com and the number 1.888.596.9279. Have the amount, the date and the last four digits of the card ready, because those are what identify the charge when the automated search cannot.
- Will cancelling refund the last charge?
- No. Cancelling ends future rebills and leaves charges already taken in place. A refund is a separate request and is decided by the merchant or the biller, so if you want the most recent payment back you have to ask for it explicitly rather than assume cancellation covers it.
- Is a CCBill charge a scam?
- Usually it is a real subscription rather than fraud — most often a trial that converted, a membership that is still rebilling, or a purchase made by someone else with access to the card. Because CCBill bills for thousands of unrelated merchants, an unfamiliar name on the statement is expected rather than suspicious. Use the lookup to see what the subscription actually is before disputing it with your bank.
