What is a Probiller charge, and how do you cancel it?

A charge reading Probiller.com is a subscription to an online entertainment site, billed on that site's behalf by Probiller. Probiller is the payment brand of Aylo Billing US Corp. and Aylo Billing Limited. It is the biller, not the site — which is why the name on your statement does not match anything you remember signing up to.

Probiller has no self-service cancellation page. To stop the billing you have to contact its support team by phone, live chat or email, and ask for the recurring membership to be cancelled.

Is it fraud?

Usually not. The common explanations, in rough order of likelihood: a free or discounted trial that converted to a full-price month; a membership signed up to a while ago and forgotten; or somebody else in the household using the card. Probiller itself suggests checking with family before assuming the charge is fraudulent.

It is worth ruling those out first, because a chargeback filed before you contact the biller tends to get the account frozen without actually stopping the subscription.

How to cancel a Probiller subscription

  1. Copy the details off your statement

Note the exact descriptor (for example "Probiller.com"), the amount, the date, and the last four digits of the card charged. Probiller bills for many different sites, so support needs these to find your subscription — the site name alone is not enough.

  2. Contact Probiller directly

Use the phone number, live chat or email on probiller.com. Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 EST. There is no self-service cancellation portal, so a message is the only route.

  3. Ask them to stop the recurring billing

Say clearly that you want the recurring membership cancelled, not just a single charge refunded. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund what has already been taken.

  4. Get the cancellation in writing

Ask for a cancellation confirmation by email and keep it. If a renewal is taken afterwards, that confirmation is what resolves it quickly.

  5. Check your next statement

Confirm no further charge appears on the following billing cycle. Raise a dispute with your bank only if Probiller does not resolve it — a chargeback filed first can get the account closed before the subscription is actually stopped.

Which sites bill through Probiller?

Probiller handles billing for Aylo's paysites and for a number of unrelated subscription businesses, so the same descriptor can cover very different purchases. These are the Aylo-network sites in our directory:

Aylo charges do not always read Probiller.com. Depending on where you are, the same subscription can appear as AyloBill, Segpay, Vendo or WTS. Those are separate billers with their own support routes, so cancel through whichever name is actually on your statement.

Common questions

What is Probiller.com on my bank statement?
It is a subscription to an online entertainment site, charged by Probiller on that site's behalf. Probiller is the payment brand of Aylo Billing US Corp. and Aylo Billing Limited, and it bills for many different sites, which is why the descriptor never names the one you signed up to.
Can I cancel a Probiller subscription online?
Not through a self-service page — Probiller does not publish one. You cancel by contacting its customer care team by phone, live chat or email and asking for the recurring membership to be stopped.
Does cancelling get my money back?
No. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund charges already taken. A refund is a separate request, and whether one is given is at the biller's discretion, so ask for both explicitly in the same conversation if you want the last charge back.
Why does the charge not show the name of the site?
Because the merchant of record is the biller, not the site. Payment processors that serve many merchants use their own descriptor, which is exactly why an unfamiliar name appears on the statement instead of a recognisable brand.
Is a Probiller charge a scam?
Usually it is a real subscription rather than fraud — most often a trial that converted to a paid month, an old membership that is still renewing, or a purchase made by someone else in the household. Rule those out before filing a chargeback, because a dispute raised before contacting the biller tends to freeze the account without stopping the renewals.
The charge says AyloBill, Segpay, Vendo or WTS instead. Is that the same thing?
It is the same network of sites but not the same biller. Aylo routes payments through different processors depending on where the customer is, and each one has its own support channel. Cancel through whichever name actually appears on your statement.
How do I stop it if I do not recognise the card at all?
Contact Probiller with the descriptor, amount, date and the last four digits of the card so they can locate and stop the subscription, then speak to your bank about the card itself. If the card was genuinely used without your permission, that is a fraud report to your bank, not just a cancellation.
